Instructions for the CME/CEU site:
If this is your first time trying to get a CEU using this system, then you will need to create an account first. After you create an account, then you will be able to log in using the email and password that you used to create the account. This account is not linked to any other account, and you must use the email and password associated with this site only.
If you attended the live webinar, please follow these instructions:
After you log in, if the screen is stuck on the reset password page, just ignore that, and go to the course tab at the top of the screen. Select the course you attended, and then click take course. You should then click register, then select your licensure type, and then you should see the evaluation. After you submit the evaluation, you should then get the attestation. After the attestation is submitted you will then get your CME/CEU, which you can then save and/or print. Your certificate should be available under the My Certificates tab at the top.
If you watched the recording only, please follow these instructions:

The American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. AOCOO-HNS designates this program for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation.
Social Work CEUs approved by NASW-NM. The Licensee must maintain proof of continuing education courses taken for the past four (4) years. The New Mexico Regulations and Licensing Department, Boards and Commissions, Social Work Licensing Board reserves the right to audit a licensee’s continuing education records as it deems necessary. This event has been approved for a total of 1.0 CEUs.
Physicians, nurses, physician assistants, and psychologists can use AOA Cat 1-4 credit toward licensure. Social workers and mental health counselors (LPC, LCPC, LPCC, LMFT) can use the Social Work CEU credit toward licensure.
